This is a Slacker.com streaming radio player. Now your music won't stop when you (accidentally) close your browser :) Now includes LastSlacker.com Last.FM scrobbling support!

This is my very first screenlet, so if you have any problems or suggestions, please let me know

Install as usual through screenlets-manager.

• "gnome python extras" (gtkmozembed)

Usage is as any other screenlet: run SlackerScreenlet.py or from screenlets-manager.

SlackerScreenlet.py creates a Mozilla profile in your .screenlets directory called .SlackerScreenletMozProfile this is for caching files, cookies and remembering your Slacker username/password (optional).

There is a known bug with gtkmozembed that on some platforms will cause a segfault. This screenlet should have a working workaround for Ubuntu systems, but if you fail to get this screenlet loaded all you have to do is add the following two variables to your environment:

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/firefox export MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME=/usr/lib/firefox
